SERVICES

Maxx Mobile Auto Care provides mobile automotive maintenance and repair services at the customer’s location. All services are performed to the best of our ability, using quality parts and industry-standard procedures.

 

ESTIMATES & PRICING

All prices are estimates unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on the vehicle’s condition, additional parts, or unforeseen issues. You will be notified of any changes before additional work is performed.

 

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

The customer is responsible for providing a safe, legal, and accessible location for service. The vehicle must be safe to work on and free of hazards. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any existing issues or concerns with the vehicle prior to service.

 

PARTS

We use quality parts from trusted suppliers. Unless otherwise specified, parts are either new or OEM equivalent. Customer-supplied parts can be installed at the customer’s own risk. We do not warrant customer-supplied parts.

 

WARRANTY

Our labor is warranted for 30 days or 1,000 miles, whichever comes first, against defects in workmanship. Parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or pre-existing conditions.

 

PAYMENT

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Zelle and other electronic payment methods. Returned payments may be subject to additional fees.

 

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations may be subject to a service fee.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Maxx Mobile Auto Care is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service performed.
